• Abelia: sleeps 2. On the first floor opposite the swimming-pool. Each flat consists of: a stay with divan-bed, one kitchen including an oven-top cooker and a bathroom (mq.24). It is situated in a peaceful place with a splendid view of the countryside and of the Medieval castle. It is a sunny flat , suitable for those who want to use the structure to go on excursions. It is furnished with fine old pieces, wooden floors and beams which are original of the first construction.

Each flat consists of: a wide stay with tv, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each of them has 3 beds, a storeroom and a bathroom (mq.80). It is situated near the main building in a quiet cool place which has been made out of old cellars. It can boast a splendid view of the swimming-pool and of the Medieval castle. It is a sunny flat suitable for one or two families or for a group of friends. It gives comfort and functionality because it is furnished with fine old pieces, wooden floors and beams which are original of the first construction.
• Ortensia: sleeps 6+2. Independent house on two levels. Each house consists of a living room with fireplace and a kitchen on the ground floor; on the first floor there are 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and one bedroom with 2 beds ( a total of mq. 190). On the outside there is a sheltered porch reserved to the house and equipped with chairs and tables (mq.40). It is situated near the main building and it can boast a splendid view of the farm including the swimming-pool, the countryside, the Medieval castle, the woods and all the cultivated grounds which surround the house. It is a sunny house entirely detached from the other structures and made out of an old hay-loft of the first construction, a typical Tuscan one. It is a romantic house, suitable for one or two families or for a group of friends. It offers privacy and wide spaces. • Petunia: sleeps 4+1. Independent house detached from the main building, inside a grove. The house consists of a stay, a kitchen, one bedroom with 3 beds and another one with 2 divan-bed (mq.50). It has a private parking and it is furnished with fine old pieces. It has a private garden (mq.200) and a stone pavement equipped with chairs and tables. It is situated inside a oak-grove on a small promontory with a splendid view of the main building and of the swimming-pool which is about 50 metres far. Moreover there is a splendid view of the countryside and of the Medieval castle, a typical Tuscan construction. It is a romantic house, suitable for 2 or 4 people who like privacy and wide spaces or for a group of friends.
  
• Rosetta: sleeps 2+1. Independent house detached from the main building. The house consists of: a stay with a bed, a small kitchen, a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom. On the outside there is a garden (mq. 50) with a stone pavement equipped with chairs and tables. It is situated near a oak-grove with a splendid view of the countryside and of the truffles growing which surround the farm. It is a romantic house, suitable for 2 or 3 people who like privacy.   Our receptionist, Mr Biagioni , will welcome you at will be glad to give you any information that you might need. You will be asked to give him the travel voucher or your booking and your Passport. He will give it back to you after the check-in registration. He will also show you your apartment. Check in 06.00 pm.
