Availability inquiry
When you send us a form inquiring about the availability of a property,
we will reply within the next 24 hours.
Please note that the space is not confirmed
until the deposit is received.
Booking request
After you receive notice that the villa you requested is indeed available
for the period of your choice, you can request a booking and confirm
the space by sending us a 30% deposit. After, you will receive two
confirmation email: one from the villa and one from the Tuscanholidays.
Payment
A 30% deposit is normally required to confirm the space.
70% one month before check in date.
Some properties have different policies.
Please check the payments in the "detailed info" section of each property.
There are two methods of payment:
You can choose the one you prefer.
Following your inquiry, you will receive an email message confirming
availability of the property of your choice. The message will include
instructions on how
to pay and links to the relevant pages where you can pay.
Confirmation
After we receive your deposit, we will send you an email voucher confirming
the space (confirmation voucher). This voucher must be printed and
shown to the accommodation provider.
Refunds
Each property has a different policy with regard to the refunds. We
will send to you the cancellation policy with our 'request avalaibility'
email.
Prices
All prices are quoted in Euros and are per apartment per week, unless
differently stated.
Security deposit
A security deposit of euro 150 is requested at the check-in.
It will be held for the duration of the stay and refunded upon departure.
Check-in
Along with the confirmation voucher, we will send you all the information
with the person to contact when arriving, customer service, check-out
procedures plus a list of activities taking place in the area at the
time of your visit.
Assistance
We will inform the name and telephone number of the person who can
assit you for all of your needs while staying in one of the properties
advertised by TuscanHolidays.
Other services
Maid services, cooking, baby-sitting and other services can be arranged.
Each property offers different services. Please review the "detailed
info" section of each property to learn more about the services offered.

arrangements and cannot be held responsible for actions or omissions
of these entities.
Tuscanholidays is NOT part of the contract between guest and accommodation
provider.
