The RESIDENCE consists of a contry style house
LE VILLE and a bungalow LE VILLETTE, both of which are exquisitely
furnished in the typical local style, offering wide scenic views over
the Maremma, Monte Argentario, and the Isola del Giglio from each
window and from the terrace. The complex provides housing space for up
to 10 persons ad each house has a kitchen, a confortable bathroom,
television set, double beds in wrought iron style, cotto - tied floors
and stone, incased fireplaces. Your animal pets are welcome. The
farming activity produces cold-pressed olive oil of the highest
quality. The buildings are at a distance of approximately 1,5 Km (1
mile) from the medieval town Roccatederighi. Outside the houses there
is a spacious “pergola” where the residents can have dinners or
periods of relax in shady, cool surroundings. The area is suited for
mobile telephone traffic. The Residence lies on the road where the
renowned vine “Monteregio di Massa Marittima” is produced.

LE VILLE is a carefully restructured farmhouse in the local
style, situated in fascinating scenic surroundings. The rooms are
arranged on two floors. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and downstairs
a living room with a stone-framed fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen
with dinning space, a big bathroom and a terrace. The furnishings are
in the tipical style of the region, i.e. original forniture in the
“arte povera” style, complete with wrought-iron beds. The house can
accomodate up to 5 persons (2 per 2 bedrooms + 1 in the bedroom where
an additional bed can be made available). In winter there is also
central heating; at the time being there is no washing machine. Just
outside the house there is a good-size “pergola” from where you have
splendid views over the countryside, and on its stone table you can
enjoy open-air dinners or you might spend restful hours of relax in
its shade. When desired there is electric lightining in the pergola
for evening hours.
LE VILLETTE is a recently built bungalow from where you have a
fine view over the lovely surroundings area. The rooms are on one
level and consists of a living room with a stoneframed fireplace and a
kitchen-corner with a sofa-bed, a bedroom and a small bathroom. The
furnishings are in the tipical style of the region, i.e. original
forniture in the “arte povera” style, complete with wrought-iron beds.
The house can accomodate up to 5 persons (2 in the living room + 3 in
the bedroom where an additional bed can be made available). At the
time being there is no washing machine. On the outside there is a
large open space with lovely view over the contryside where you can
have open-air dinners or quiet rest periods in the afternoon, in the
shade if you desire.
