The Pratale estate welcomes its guests in two old manors, surrounded by the beautiful tuscan country-side, with vineyards sloping gently down to wild shrubs, pines and cypress-trees. The building has been completely restored and it is now divided into several independent apartments, each one with a separate entrance and an open place in order to enjoy the quietness and the view of the landscape. Located on a pretty hillside near Badia a Passignano, the Fattoria Pratale is a pearl of the hospitality of the Chianti area divided into two different estates: Pratale 1 and Pratale 2 connected with a country road of about 800 meters. The residential complex has a total of 22 independent apartments, tastefully furnished, overlooking the 2 swimming pools and the vineyards of the valley below. Apartments are provided with central heating for wintertime
and with all the facilities of modern comfort, yet maintaining by furnishing and style the spirit of typical tuscan countryhouses.
At the Fattoria guests can find a bowling green, 2 swimming pools both for children and adults, a Laundromat, a pay-phone, mountain bikes and TV-Sat.
