Charming Villa with 12 independent apartments tastefully furnished and relaxing swimming pool. Fattoria Montignana, well furnished apartments and a relaxing informal garden is located where the vines of the vineyards grow closer together. The residence has been completely restored and offers 11 comfortable apartments on two floors, furnished in Tuscan country style, each one with its outside own area in the gorgeous gardens where guests can eat and enjoy the magnificent views. The guests are free to use the beautiful swimming pool (20m x 10m) on the hill that separated the counties of S.Casciano and Greve. The village of Mercatale, at a distance of 1 km, provides convenient shopping. The XIII century years old churches and castles add charm to the beauty of the countryside, while the cultural events and folk festivals, held in nearby towns during the summer months, are easily accessible. The classical music concerts, held at Badia a Passignano, provide suggestive evocation of the Chianti region's traditions. Guests will be offered a welcome drink and buffet supper every Monday and will find a welcome gift of 6 bottles of wine in their apartment. They can also visit the Coli winery, belonging to the owners of the property, free of charge. Outdoors: swimming pool (20m x 10m) with furnished sun terrace, barbecue, laundry facilities, parking.
