Borgo Caiano
A property with 15 apartments can
accommodate 2 to 8 people + swimming pool.
Il Borgo is found in Caiano, a village near Castel San Nicoḷ, at 700
metres above sea level. It's close to Pratomagno, an impressive area
with its century old beeches, oaks and chestnuts that turn red and
gold in the autumn. Here nature and history are intricately
interwoven and even today
you can still see interesting ancient remains in the small towns and
villages close by. Il Borgo is set in a 4 acre area and comprises of
eleven comfortable, fully-furnished independent apartments - sure to
please the most demanding guests. The architectural style of the
buildings and materials that they are made of are in perfect keeping
with the surrounding landscape and blend in perfectly. The whole
complex is surrounded by a magnificent lawn. There are a lot of
leisure activities and facilities for our guests: a heated
swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a bowling green (French style), table tennis
and a children's playground. Mountain bikes and barbecues are
available to go for a bike ride in the countryside or to have a
barbecue in the open air!

The apartments are furnished in
simple old country style ("Arte
povera"). They all have log fires
and independent heating. A lot
of facilities are also available:
telephone, safe, satellite television (main foreign channels).
Each flat has a kitchenette with microwave oven, dishwasher,
fridge, hand blender, kettle, toaster and kitchenware.
