ALL QUOTED RATES ARE ON A WEEKLY BASIS (7 NIGHTS) NET TO US.

The rates include the followings:

Continental Italian breakfast
Chef and his assistant available for the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch or dinner
2 chambermaids available 4 hours a day, 6 days a week (from 09:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.)
2 waiters for service during breakfast, lunch or dinner and who attend to the gardens and the swimming pool.
A personal assistant, available in the morning, to handle reservations, tours or local visits.
Linen and towels change twice a week (Saturday and Wednesday) (Every additional bed linen and towel, will be charged extra)

Note: Every extra hour for the staff will be charged at euro 15.00 per hour per member of staff.
The laundry service is extra and it will be charged per garment.
Heating is extra.


Deposit Requirements
Payment Conditions

€ 5.000 security deposit at arrival.

50% of weekly rental fee to be paid upon confirmation of the reservation.

Remaining 50% of weekly rental fee to be paid 60 days prior to client’s arrival.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 90 days prior to arrival will have 50% of the deposit refunded.
Cancellations made between the 89th and the 60th day prior to arrival will have the 25% of deposit refunded
For cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
