Villa Pratesi

Pratesi Villa, a yellow 18th century villa with balcony located inside the medieval village of Duddova. Restructured and furnished with full respect of their original style, but equipped with all the modern comforts, the villa bring the guest back to the past, and are perfect for a relaxing holiday surrounded only by the suggestive beauty of tuscan colorful landscape. Inside the villa you will find beautiful antique items, left intact in the years, like olive presses, long tables from patriarchal tradition,
furniture of the typical tuscan "poor art", antique fireplaces and wrought iron beds,coats of arms and roman numbers. In order to give color to the house, some contemporary paintings realized by the owner cover the walls.
In the garden of Pratesi Villa is the swimming pool (4,56 x is found 7.31
m.)and the gazebo, where you may breathe the scent of jasmin, lilac, capers, olive trees and figs, wich Ms. Rinetta gently takes care of. The hosts can also taste delicious Tuscan specialities personally prepared by Rinetta, the owner, with fresh and genuine ingredients from the vegetable garden, and the excellent extra-virgin olive oil produced in the farm.

ACCOMODATION
Villa Pratesi is an indipendent villa of 200 sqm. The villa can host from 10 to 12 people. It is constituted by three apartments with independent entrance and areas in the open air where to relax, have meals and enjoy the
wonderful landscape all around. Not with standing this, the villa is rented as a whole. The entrance to a brick-vaulted hall is on the ground floor, furnished in
the typical tuscan "poor art" style and distinguished by the presence of an ancient olive press. The cooking area is equipped of sat-tv, sofa bed and a long table perfect for group lunches or dinners. The ground floor offers a
double and a single bedroom with bathroom.

Ground floor
It can host 4 people. It is composed by a large Kitchen-living room with
fireplace, dishwasher and sat-TV, two double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower.

It can host 4 people. It is composed by a large Kitchen-living room with

It can host 4 people. It is composed by a large kitchen-dining room with
