In the top position of the hill dominant the valley under Guardistallo Medieval village, is situated this country house facing his own olive trees.
The house is at the centre of the property Ricrio that measure 600 hectares (1480 acres) with typical Tuscany bush and open fields cultivated with olive trees, cereals, sunflowers, etc...

A 2 km private country road starting from Via della Camminata, keep you at the “Macchia al Loto farm” for quiet holidays rich in relax and privacy.
At the first floor there are 3 king bedrooms and one double bedroom. The double and one of the king has got private bathroom.
The private garden offer a barbecue area, the solarium, the shadow comfortable area for lunch and the seasonal swimming pool.
There is laundry room, TV, DVD, stereo, and all the most important comforts .

There is a ground floor with two lounges both with fire place, the kitchen, and the lunch and dinner area. Ground floor we find also the disabled persons bedroom with own bathroom.The house is available for weekly periods and reach 9 guests.


There are also 6 comfortable dog boxes that permits to the clients to move around and visit the historic cities avoiding to bring their pets that will be happy to sleep in the shadow instead of the luggage van of the hot car during summer time.
